This accreditation is in partnership with Mendez Environmental. Courses include: Asbestos Contractors and Supervisors, Asbestos Workers, Asbestos Project Designers, Asbestos Inspectors / Management Planners, Asbestos Project Monitors.
FIRST AIDE
Short for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. An emergency procedure in which the heart and lungs are made to work by manually compressing the chest overlying the heart and forcing air into the lungs. CPR is used to maintain circulation when the heart stops pumping, usually because of disease, drugs, or trauma.
HAZWOPER
– 29.CFR 1910.120 – HAZWOPER stands for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response.
The regulation actually includes 3 distinct types of operations and outlines 9 levels of certification within those 3 types of operations. The regulation is found in 29 CFR, Part 1910.120 in the Federal OSHA system, and in 8 CCR, Section 5192 in California regulations. While slightly different, each of the regulations apply to these 3 types of operations found in sections (a) of both the Federal and State versions.
MOLD
Our classes train and certify students in the process of testing for household mold and toxic mold, evaluating mold problems, the damage caused by mold and other air and water quality issues. Our instructors are trained in the latest mold detection, abatement and removal techniques, and present classes designed to fit the industry by being dynamic, informative, and interesting.
OSHA
Comprehensive OSHA Training DC Environmental offers OSHA training courses and we are prepared to guide you through OSHA compliance requirements, including all 17 levels of HAZWOPER regulations and procedures, DOT and EPA labeling, shipping and manifesting requirements. We will prepare you to solve real word situations by utilizing our world-class training programs.
We will assist you in receiving your OSHA Outreach Construction industry 10 or 30-hour card. As you know this training is becoming a standard requirement on many job sites and we offer both the 10-hour and 30-hour programs at our training center in Albuquerque. We offer classroom and on-site Training , so you can come to us or we can come to you.
