16 hour upgrade to 40 hour HAZWOPER Initial
OSHA 16 Hour HAZWOPER Upgrade (to the 40 Hour) - is for workers with 24 Hour HAZWOPER training who wish to upgrade to the 40 Hour HAZWOPER training level. All HAZWOPER training must be refreshed each year. 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(3)(iv) and 29 CFR 2910.65(e)(iv) Workers with 24 hours of training who are covered by paragraphs (e)(3)(ii) and (e)(3)(iii) of this section, and who become general site workers or who are required to wear respirators, shall have the additional 16 hours and two days of training necessary to total the training specified in paragraph (e)(3)(i). All attendees must have valid proof of receipt of a Covid-19 vaccination. All Covid-19 protocols will be required during this hands on portion of this course. including social distancing, wear a mask, and do not attend the course if you have a fever. This course will be held outdoors.
