OSHA DOT Transportation and IATA Refresher Webinar

All employees are required to be trained in accordance with Department of Transportation Standard 49 CFR 172.704. Employees that are involved in any aspect of hazardous materials transport are required to be trained, this includes hazardous material handlers, drivers, and clerical personnel handling documents. IATA refresher covers how to use the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, shipper and operator responsibilities, and the proper methods to safely identify, document, package, mark, label, handle, and load individual classes of dangerous goods.
