OSHA Lead Risk Assessor Refresher

This 8-hour course meets EPA training requirements for those individuals that require a refresher for lead-based paint Risk Assessment or Lead Hazard Screening services. A Risk Assessor can perform all of the duties that an Inspector can (including work that falls under the EPA RRP Rule and HUD's Lead-Safe Housing rule.) In addition, a Risk Assessor is responsible for identifying all lead-based paint hazards, making recommendations for their treatment and recommending maintenance and monitoring schedules. EPA requires that an individual wishing to be certified as a Risk Assessor first successfully complete the Inspector class and have a certain amount of education and experience.
