Asbestos Building Inspector Refresher, 4 hours. For the inspection of asbestos containing material (ACM) in Schools and commercial buildings. This four (4) hour Course is designed as an annual refresher for individuals who have completed the initial Asbestos Building Inspector training. The asbestos building inspector training includes a review of the following: Asbestos Characteristics, Health effects, Medical Surveillance, Safety Considerations, Personal Protection, OSHA, EPA, State and Local Regulations. This course also includes a review of how to perform asbestos inspections in various buildings including and not limited to public and commercial buildings, residential buildings, and schools.
